A small studio, building one thing properly.
Realist is made by 3k2.studio for independent UK estate and letting agents. It exists because agencies were choosing between expensive bespoke builds and platforms that charge per branch and lock them in.
Why Realist exists
The website is where a vendor decides whether to call.
An agency’s website is the one place a vendor checks before they pick up the phone, and it is usually the least looked-after thing the agency owns. Listings go missing when a feed breaks. Valuation requests vanish into an inbox. Nobody can say what the site produced last month.
Realist is our answer: one plugin, one theme and one way of onboarding, refined across every agency we work with. Each agency gets its own site and its own design, and every improvement we make reaches all of them.

Small by design
We work with a deliberately small number of agencies, so each one gets attention and every site gets better together.
No lock-in
Rolling monthly terms, and your site and data are yours to take if you leave. We would rather keep you by being good.
Privacy as craft
Consent, retention and erasure are built into the product, not left to a plugin. Personal data is treated as a responsibility.
Our own code
Realist is our own software, tested by more than a thousand automated checks. A feature request goes into our queue, not someone else’s.
