For letting agents
A website and a landlord portal, in one price.
Win landlords with a site that shows your full rental stock, then keep them with a portal that gives them statements, certificates and peace of mind.
The landlord portal
The thing landlords ask about, already built.
Landlords want to see what their property earned and whether its certificates are in date, without ringing the office. The Realist portal shows them both, in your agency’s colours, on your own address.
- Statements with a chart of where the rent went, downloadable as a PDF
- Gas, electrical and energy certificates on a checklist
- Tenants see their own tenancy and nothing else

What lettings agencies get
Everything a lettings website needs.
Portal included
No separate supplier, no per-landlord fee. The portal is part of the flat monthly price.
Rental search
A To Let search with rent periods as your CRM records them, and let listings kept as proof.
Landlord leads
A portfolio review form for landlords thinking of switching, alongside valuation and viewing forms.
Encrypted documents
Every document in the portal is encrypted, and identity checks live in their own vault.
Statements in your brand
PDF statements with your logo and your font, for any period you choose.
Your history, moved
Landlords, tenancies, transactions and documents brought across from your current portal or spreadsheets.

Switching portals
Leave your old portal without leaving anything behind.
We bring your landlords, properties, tenancies, transactions and documents across in one documented format, and check the balances match before you switch over. The same format lets you take everything with you, should you ever leave.
Questions
For lettings agencies.
Is the landlord portal really included?
Yes, with no per-landlord or per-property charge. It runs on its own address, such as clients.youragency.co.uk, in your colours.
Can tenants use the portal too?
Yes. Tenants see their tenancy and the documents shared with them. A document shared with one tenancy is never shown to a later tenant of the same property.
We run sales and lettings. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Sales and lettings each get their own search pages, and the portal sits alongside both.
How do landlords sign in?
With their email address and a code sent to it, so there is no app to install and no password to forget. Your staff sign in with an authenticator app.
