Realist checks your CRM for changes every hour and compares the whole portfolio every night. A new instruction appears on the site with its photos, floorplans, EPC and brochure. A price change follows it. Press Sync now and it happens straight away.

Review
Nothing comes off the site without a person agreeing.
When a listing disappears from the feed, Realist does not take it down on its own judgement. It proposes the withdrawal in a review list, suggests a closing status such as Sold or Let, and waits for someone in the office to confirm.

- Listings your CRM has not published are not imported, and are listed so you can check
- A safety floor stops a broken file from emptying the site
Activity log
A log you can actually read.
Each run says what it asked your CRM for, what it found and what it did about it, listing by listing, while it happens. If a photo would not import or a price arrived without a rent period, the log names the property and the reason.

Common questions.
Which CRMs does Realist work with?
Rex and BLM file feeds are live, and CSV import works with any CRM or spreadsheet. Street is the next connection, and Alto, Expert Agent and Reapit are planned. Estates IT sends BLM by default and Jupix offers it as an option, so both work today. The integrations page has the detail for each.
How quickly do changes appear on the website?
Changes are checked every hour and the full portfolio is compared every night. You can run a sync at any moment from the dashboard, and it finishes by itself even if you close the page.
What happens when we sell or let a property?
When your CRM marks a listing sold or let, the website updates to match and keeps it as proof. When a listing disappears from the feed altogether, Realist proposes taking it down and waits for someone to confirm, choosing the status it closes with.
Can we edit a listing on the website?
Yes. Lock the listing and the feed will leave your changes in place. Everything else on it carries on updating from the CRM until you unlock it.
Our CRM is not on the list. Can we still use Realist?
Usually, yes. Most CRMs can export a file the website can read, and CSV import covers the rest. Tell us your CRM on the demo call and we will tell you exactly how your listings would arrive.
