Can you move our existing portal across?
Yes. We bring landlords, properties, tenancies, transactions and documents across from your current portal or spreadsheets, and check the balances match before you switch over.
Can landlords download their statements?
Yes. Every statement can be downloaded as a PDF carrying your logo and your font, for any period.
What happens to the data if we leave?
You receive a complete export of the portal in a documented format, including every document. The same format is how history comes in, so nothing is trapped.
