The way listings reach the site differs from one CRM to the next. What happens to them once they arrive does not: every source goes through the same engine, with the same rules.

About integrations.
Does connecting a CRM cost extra?
No. Every CRM connection we support is included in the same flat monthly price. Some CRMs charge agencies for feed access on their side; we will tell you on the call if yours does.
Our CRM is planned, not live. Can we start now?
Often, yes. Many CRMs can send a BLM or CSV file today, and a site can start on that and switch to the direct connection when it is ready. We will tell you which applies on the demo call.
Can we use two CRMs at once?
Yes. Two feeds on one site is supported, which helps when an agency is changing CRM or runs sales and lettings on different systems. Duplicates between them are held for review.
Do our listings need to be on Rightmove for this to work?
No. Realist reads from your CRM, not from the portals. The portals and your website receive the same listings from the same place.
